For OEM / ODM projects, intellectual property related to your custom product design remains yours under the terms of the executed project agreement.

4. Product Information & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on this site are for informational purposes and subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and exclude shipping, taxes, and import duties.

5. Quotations, Pricing, and Orders

Quotations issued via our inquiry form or email are non-binding estimates. A binding sales contract is formed only upon written confirmation by both parties (Purchase Order + Proforma Invoice).

6. OEM / ODM Engagements

For original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and original design manufacturing (ODM) projects:

Confidentiality can be protected via executed NDA prior to specification exchange.
Tooling, molds, and design files produced specifically for you remain your property subject to project terms.
Sample approvals are required before mass production.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any direct claims related to the site shall not exceed USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
